Lifetime Textile Care Program

We value your trust in our services and are offering a Lifetime Textile Care Program for your furnishings that have been treated by us. This includes a lifetime emergency spotting service and precision cleaning done by our certified professional technicians. By using nanotechnology, we guarantee the best protection possible against soil and stains.

LUXE's nanotechnology protection is invisible, water or solvent based, breathable, and will not change the feel or appearance of the fabric. It is tailored to provide protection against all kinds of soiling, liquid and food spills (sun fading, UV damage is an optional protection). The Lifetime Textile Care Program can stay with you for the life of your treated textiles.

Below are the terms and conditions of your Lifetime Textile Care Program:

• In case of a spill on any of your fabrics treated by us, please do not attempt to clean it with water or any other cleaning solution. Use a clean, dry towel to blot the spill.  You may use the LUXE Fabric Protection spotting kit or another spotting cleaner approved for the LUXE protector. Follow the instructions to decide whether you will be using the wet or dry spotter. Sometimes the spot can get caught within the nap of the fabric. At this point call us so a professional can care for your textile. Please do not rub or scrub. Damage caused by unrecommended methods is not covered under this program. • Lifetime Textile Care Program comes with free spot cleanings for the first year of the service agreement. You will not be charged for any spot cleaning of the treated textiles for the first year of your service agreement. The Lifetime Textile Care Program will renew for another 12 months after each cleaning. If you choose not to clean your textile after the 12-month period, spot cleaning will be charged at 50% of the service call fee. The Lifetime Textile Care Program can be reinstated anytime within 24 months of the initial protection application. The protectant will last several professional cleanings and must be reapplied every 3-5 years. 
• If there are multiple spots on your fabric, it will most likely require a general cleaning. As a valued customer, you will be offered a discounted rate for these services. Any item that has been protected by us will receive a 10% discount on that cleaning.  The Lifetime Textile Care Program will be continued after the inspection and cleaning.
• All spots on textiles treated by us must be reported within 2 days of occurrence. Damage due to untimely reporting is not covered under program and we do not guarantee a proper cleaning of spots due to delay of more than 2 days in reporting since the pH of many spots can damage textiles.
• Your program includes up to 2 spot removals per year for the fabric treated by us. Every time a maintenance cleaning and retreatment is completed by us, your Lifetime Textile Care Program will continue for another twelve months. If you choose to have just the maintenance cleaning, spot cleaning service calls will be billed with a discount of 50%.
• Protectant will keep your textiles looking LUXE longer.  Even though you’ll not need to clean your textile as often, they will still soil over time.  There is a 10% discount for cleaning any textile treated with LUXE Brand protectant.
• Lifetime Textile Care Program exclusions - LUXE Fabric Protection recognizes its products cannot protect textiles, rugs and carpeting 100% against all types of accidents but it gives your fine textiles a fighting chance against stains, UV damage and bacteria.
• There must be special attention given to the type of accident or spill that happens on these fine fibers.  These spills contain alkaline or acidic ingredients such as certain hard surface cleaners, bathroom cleaners, beverages, feces, urine and vomit. These items can instantly begin etching the surface of the fiber. Prompt attention by removal and /or dilution, will minimize the potential damage to the textile surface that can aid in saving the textile. Quick cleaning response by the client is required on these types of staining substances: Animal accidents such as urine, feces and vomit; hot beverages (certain teas and coffee brands); hair dyes, other dyes (particularly the reds and yellows) found in mustard, dog foods, and powdered drink mixes; inks, wines, furniture and wood stain finishes; X-Coded and non-colorfast fabrics; scrubbing; improper vacuuming; abuse or neglect; mold, mildew or oxidation (either chemically caused or oxidation that occurs over a period of time) etc.
• Exclusions to this program include water damage, change in texture or color due to improper cleaning or pH level issues, and pet accidents. Pre-existing damage and stains are also not covered under this warranty.
• Urine, feces, vomit and soiling caused by pets are not covered under free warranty service calls but will be handled at a discounted rate.
• Outdoor furnishings are excluded from warranty.
• This agreement is limited to a 20 mile radius from Beverly Hills, CA.
• Tolls, fast track, ferry, parking and parking violations, trip charges may apply depending on the time and traffic event of the day, other charges may apply.

For better protection, cleaning and long life of your textiles, we recommend calling us within 24-48 hours of an emergency spill. This increases the chances of a complete stain cleaning.
